Didn't had a particular taste or style I listened to when I was a kid. Just heard stuff and didn't gave it much thought. It was after my tenth that I got actually interested in music, so it doesn't really mattered what I listened to before I think. It was everything and nothing. My parents had a groovy record collection but they didn't play them in my youth, mostly just turned on the radio. I got into those a couple of years later though!

 

Slade and The Sweet.My 1st record I bought was Telegram Sam by T Rex.

 

Beatles, then a brief Spice Girls phase, before Cat Stevens and Simon and Garfunkel.

When I was 11, I started listening to Tupac. He's been my favorite since then.

 

tupac... dead years.. but yet... always manages to bring out new songs...

Yeah it's hard to believe he's been dead for 13 years, because his music is still completely relevant.

As a kid I listened to top 40s radio, now it all can be found on any Oldies station. Shit-I got old.

 

i used to listen to some gya shit cause i thought i was cool...like nicklebakc and hose faggots. than i started listening to good music when i was liek 10

well metallica is the best at everything, so if they where rock they would be the best, same with rap, blues and whatnot
