yay me! i mean, um. we take possession july 24th. well spend that first weekend painting, and start moving our junk in on monday. gonna repaint the kitchen, living room/dining room, and the basement room (aka chris computer den/game room). 3 bed, 1 bath, 950 sq feet over 2 floors (well, 1 1/2, because you can see the slope of the roof in the two upstairs rooms), nice new fencing, high efficiency furnace and water heater (*drool*), and our mortgage payments are going to be less than our rent is now, woohoo! im super excited! it was only the 4th house we put an offer on, and our 3rd home inspection. guess 4th time is the charm?
if you lived near me, i would stop by and bring you baked goods and complimentary porno to welcome you to the neighborhood
im super ridiculously excited. and it sounds like im winning the battle over living room colours (bwaha, i told him he could paint the basement room wahtever colour he wanted). so soon though! agh! so much packing and sorting and giving away to do (im a horrible packrat)
I've heard really good and really bad things about that, but as I don't have the right parts about it, I can't form an opinion about it.
