don't put any thought or effort into your hair. It will lock up on it's own. Any worrying or obsessing will make you really disappointed. Remember dreadlocks are tangles matted hair so get use to a messy head if you want them to last. don't maintenance them..it's a waste of time and effort.
lol yeah you'll figure it all out along the way, do what you want with them but they will look shitty some days, eventually they'll look sweet everday what method did you end up using? lol
They are so so so frustrating (at least for me) at first. I finally got over the fact that after a week or two they stopped looking like new little deadlocks and started looking like a big curly mess. But, the though of how awesome they will be in a few years just tickles me. But, Id day youve got a good start. Good luck, my friend!
Well I actually ended up back-combing...then twist n rip on the ends...NO WAX. Now I am just not going to do anything and enjoy the ride...
