The spinning makes me nauseous...

After years and years and years of fighting with my insomnia... Trying just about everything in the book... I finally gave in. About a year ago, I started taking melatonin. I can do this safely, because my body already does not produce much melatonin. So when I don't take it, I just go right back to my old sleep pattern...
