i downloaded eraserhead and the video looks just fine. but when i play it there is like less than a full second of sound followed by one or two seconds of silence, a half second of sound, and so on for the whole thing. i can't watch this!
I have a good version. Probably got it on mininova.org for torrent download. Also make sure you have the latest codecs. I'd say the most important these days for pirated movies are DivX's Xvid codecs; which, to make this easy on me: come with the download and install of DivX player at divx.com.
Download CCCP http://cccp-project.net/ And VLC media player http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ that should fix it for you.
i use vlc for everything but music, its rare that something wont work in vlc. i will have to look into cccp. i have never heard of that (in relation to computers, anyway)
your codecs are probably fucked, it's pretty much every codec you will ever need for anything. it sounds like your encoding is working wrong, and you might need haali deinterlacer running (included in CCCP) just install CCCP, use the default install, then restart, play the movie should work fine.
I have to say I think In a December 2007 review of a new 35mm print, Manohla Dargis of The New York Times called it an "amazing, still mysterious work" which "brings together many of the now-familiar Lynchian visual themes and narrative figures, including the naïve man, the slatternly woman, the shabby period furniture, the contorted flesh and forms, the yawning orifices and oozing, leaking fluids."[9] was only written because lynch has become popular from what I've read, it sounds like utter shit. I'll watch it, and with-hold judgment until I have, but, seriously, they NY times though it does have some good journalism has a lot of utter shit in the opinion side.

The first movie is fun =D So is the third actually, but only to make fun of, like the third Spider-man - but Spider-man is funnier cause the symbiote makes him emo =D
haha, i never saw the third spiderman, but this is exactly what i was told about it from people who did.
If you're the type of person to find enjoyment from ridiculously bad movies, or train wrecks even, you must get around to it.
