-when you get pulled over and take a sobriety test, are you also automatically consenting to a search?
-i need a constant flow of the song electric feel by MGMT to stay alive right now
-sunburns are really itchy

Sunburns are itchy. Good one man. I dont think they can search you if you are taking a sobriety test. Dunno about that one.

I don't think you are in most states. The important thing-when you get out of your car close your windows, lock your doors, and close the door behind you. You will see cops help you out of the car-holding the door for you-and keeping the door opened when you walk away. If you leave the door open you are inviting a search-"the door was open". Close the door behind you. They mask ask you to take things out of your pockets. Put everything ON the car-do not had it to them "she handed me her keys".
