Sun dried tomatoes

I found out about these things a few weeks ago and I'm slowly getting addicted. :drool5:

 

Ugh.

Do you have Pasta Roni in your neck of the woods, Mojo? They make this angel hair pasta with parmesan and sun dried tomatoes and it's fucking amazing.

 

I doubt it.

Haha, I probably could some day. The post office will eventually think I'm very odd, sending Kool-Aid to England and Pasta Roni to Estonia.

1. they are AMAZING packed in olive oil, with garlic (roasted garlic MMMM)
2. in salad dressing, they are to die for
3. once on a bet, I drank a whole pitcher of unsweetened koolaid (just the straight powder in water.

never again.,

 

I promise, overseas postage really isn't that bad.

Yep, I just gotta find the rates and which class I should buy.

Buy a pack and see if I can send some to others. xD


This is still a plan in progress though, I barely ever go downtown shopping.

 

I have a dehydrator-
I am constantly tossing fruit and veg in, Soo good... ut is it still "sun dried"... meh, most the packaged stuff probably isn't really sun dried.

My fave is dried pineapples.


OH! and when I worked in a grocery store I helped a man from overseas raid the kool-aid section to take home to his friends.
ick I don't like kool-aid though.

No wonder I'm overweight

 

I really prefer fresh fruit and veg but a dehydrator would be a handy thing to own.

and as much as I tell myself I don't like pasta roni, I know in the end that I am only lying to myself.

 

Well, their fettuccine does suck, but the angel hair's still pretty good.
