Where have all the cowboys gone? I know i haven't been in here for sometime because i've been on the wagon.. and well the last thing i wanted to do was read about opiates while not doing them.. get me in the loop here
Most of the members who used the forum a good bit have moved to a different "opiate forum." They were tired of noobz asking dumb questions. As far as I know, most people received invitations to the new forum from the founding members. In my opinion, noobz should not run anyone off, hell, all you have to do is just not pay attention to their shit. Everyone of us was new to opiates at some point so we need not get annoyed with newcomers. I am a member of both forums and the other one is better but it is all opiates, nothing else. Peace dude. -NICU
i think it's more of the lack of common sense that n00bz bring with them.. sure you can be a noob.. but at the same time. you can be a nob with common sense.. but still sounds like an "elitist" way of handling things.. i've been in the MJ forums for years.. and i've never had the urge of creating a new forum.. that would be silly.. and we deal with a shit ton of noobs there
Creating the new forum imho IS "elitist". This is a public bathro- forum, and the people who frequent such places should be expected. Also, people leaving for the new forum, coming back, trying to sway others.. that shit is mad fucking childish. They wanted power. I hope their "high" horses are enough comfort to ride the storm.
I signed up.. but in all reality.. i'll probably forget about the forum.. i dont like having to jump all over the place for shit
i agree that so called "noobs" instead of antagonized just be ignored. its overall the more mature thing to do. sometimes i just feel flat out unwelcomed on this forum, possibly because im not. i could be wrong. but its just a forum. when someone asks a question....its just a question. whats the big deal?
HAHA Thats funny, first I didn't know that I ran off, second who ever said I left because of noobs. I belong to a few sites, and didn't know I had to be committed to one forum. So if you think you have to be commited to one site. well then thats your problem..:cheers2:
We DID make a different MJ forum a couple years back but I stopped going to it and lost the URL. We did it because of the idiots on HF's MJ forum, and also because of that fact that mods were banning all the loyal members for next-to-no reason.
I am a member of the new forum but I think Hip Forums is easier to use and follow. I forget about the new forum and tend to spend most of my time here. As for it being elitist, everyone's got their own opinion I guess, no matter how wrong or right they may be. Like Oxyrisin2 said, why not jump around? You get the best of all of the opiate forums. I want to join Opiophile but the Registration is closed every time I go to the site so I have stuck with Hip Forums now for about four months. And I will say that I have met some cool members at the new forum that do not use Hip Forums so there are advantages to both forums but I do not think people should take sides and not join a forum for "spite." I may be wrong but all of you would enjoy the new forum due to its coverage of all aspects "opiate" (ha, that wording blows.) Anyway guys, take care, I will be out of town for a week. Later dudes. -NICU
I'm not sure why the "new" forum would make the creator elitist, as you have labeled this person -- especially when it was created and is administrated by someone who in all liklihood has never even heard of hip forums, and I can assure you has never posted here. And, do tell, what power is it that these forum members wanted??? I only ask this because they have no more power at the "new forum" than you would if you were to join. I mean, come on...."power" in an online drug forum?? Indeed your post would pack a lot more of that eleusive drug forum "power" if you would get your facts straight before you started typing. Cheers! :cheers2: Auntie
Not coming back, Auntie? Hm, so you created an accnt for that post? The people talking.... oh, the lulz. Also, pathetic. Oh, yeah, those are all facts. Happy? Fag.
Lmao, I thought that it was dose2 as well. Its actually DOES2. I support him too, although I don't know him that well. He seems cool enough.
