Converting SHN to MP3

Is there some program you tech-savy people use to convert SHN to MP3? I know there are a few programs out there but I don't want to install just any shit on my computer, I want a program that won't fuck up my comp. Thanks yall!

for simplicity i reccomend the following setup:

winamp 2.x - not the crappy new ones
shnAmp - plugin for winamp, search google
out_lame - plugin for winamp, search google

1)install all of the above (winamp first of course)
2)open winamp and press CTL-P to open preferences window
3)click plugins-output
4)select out_lame
5)press configure
6)configure
7)close preferences
8)create playlist of .shn files to be converted, shuffle off, repeat off
9)press play
10)wait
11)enjoy your new not so huge files
