i know theres one a day vitamins for woman but is there other things i should be taking? im sure i lack protein, im very picky about meats...hardly eat beef or chicken...maybe a few times a month. i should up on fish. iron...are there other brands that may help me get the nutrients i need?
I highly doubt youre protein deficient Just get a multivit if you want a bit of extra security, but if you eat well and varied youll be fine There are certain foods and suppliments that can help with some womens issues, just google your problem (after seeing a doctor if needed of course)
