The real Self is everywhere. Experiencing this whole world through the many senses of the various organisms living everywhere. What we experience as physical action, thinking, feelings, memories, insights is actually only a fluctuating level of experience called karma, or ego. Through the various fluctuations of the mind and emotions, sensual experiences and physical activity of karmic existence that real Self, or the One Mind of God, experiences or rather creates second to second what we call "Life" via the Kundalini-cakra mechanism. That heaven a being seeks out 'in the world' as the drama of life, or in the dream of what it might be "one day" or the dream of what it "was". That dream of heaven is actually an outward projection of what already is, the inherent bliss of one's True identity, the real Self. According to Devanagari, the ancient language of Yoga for all intents and purposes, the word 'Yoga' actually indicates a unified merger of the lower and higher Self as a state of living realization. Much more than a snazzy collection of quasi spiritual exercise routines. Yoga signifies an actual culmination or state, which the practices such as asanas, bandhas, mudras, pranayamas, dharana, dhyana, and samadhi ultimately lead to. Om Namah Sivaya
