never been to one before. it was fun! we saw two movies, both were kinda kids movies. first was "Up" which is a pixar movie. i was skeptical cause it sounded stupid and i dont like pixar's style too much, but it turned out to be a really enjoyable movie. and i loved doug, the talking dog. he was fucking awesome! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kyyrYPTjPJg after that was the sequel to night at the museum. it was okay, not as good as the first one, and not as good as up, but whatever. two movies for 7 bucks isn't bad at all. much better than a theater, and they don't care if you bring your own food or whatever. we had a picnic
Jealous. i have never been to a drive in. UP looks great, and I have heard nothing but good things. There is sequel to night at the museum , i didn't see the 1st one
I like drive ins compared to the germ filled theater and the migraine that follows from crapping picture saturation
When I lived in AZ there was a drive in clsoe to where I lived. I got to go all the time. We would throw all of our friends into the trunk and get a bunch of us in for cheaper. I miss going.
No way. I just looked it up. There seems to have been a few in the 70s. But we saw sense in having proper cinemas.
The drive-in is real fun. I think people should experience it at least once. Especially as a kid, I used to love it when we would go, it's just so different.
Well, if you ever visit the states, make sure to take one in. I'm sure they're in other counties too, I just don't know which. But you should definitely try to get one in during your life time.
I will. If it turns out to be no good. I will personally find out where you live and tell you about how rotten my experience was. If it turns out to be good, I will still find out where you live, but give you a hug. They do have temporary drive-ins here. During film festivals etc. But nothing permanent.
I'll take that risk since I don't know anybody who hated the experience. Just remember, it's not like sitting in a theatre. If you're easily destracted it's not for you. Kids running around. But it is fun. Just, if you see one in the states, don't eat the food in the concession stand.
i couldn't sit for two movies in a row... unless of course i took a hot chick... or odon for his first time
Love the drive-in. Went not too long ago. Sat in the car, smoked a ton of pot and munched out on everything they had. 2 movies for 5 bucks per person. It was fab. We're gonna go here soon. Its way close now.
oh, odon, oooohhhh odon. hahah what your saying is, ''ramble, let's get a few hot chicks to come along. we can run the train on dem sluts.''
