sure.. what the kid did was good and all but here lies the problem he's a KID.. had this been say a college kid working on a doctorate with a 3.7 GPA.. it may have gone somewhere.. in the media.. this is gonna fly no more than "some stupid kid lit a joint in class" because he has no "experience" or "knowledge" because he's "still young"
What a dumbass kid.. You can stand up for what you believe in, but I mean.. Pot's still illegal, and until it's not I don't think any teenager should light up a joint in public.
exactly. ^^ I do commend the kid for his bravery. He knew the consequences of his action, he was a smart kid. I don't believe i could have done that. He will get off easy though, he will prolly be expelled from school, but he will get off with a misdemeanor, get some probation, maybe some community service, and he will be done. props to him.
Dunno bout that. I totally love it and as for lighting up in public ages ago I was at an outdoor concert in NYC and a bunch of cops were smoking and they offered it to me> I took it and they just included me in their circle. Depends where you are I guess
that was outdoors also,, Ive been plenty of places smoking PoT outdoors where the COPS just when about there business .,, Arresting unruly teens for violating drug and alcohol laws.. FACE IT ,, When you turn 18/21 you might be able to do what you want.. But if you want to help the Legalization of marijuana. Your gonna have to comply with some type of Law. Just as you do with Alcohol, No open containers,(drinking/smoking in designated areas ) no underage, Keeping it from those that are under age, no direct smoking in public places , no smoking in a car, driving while intoxicated.. ect..
did this student show poor judgement? yes. is this student fucking awesome? hell yes. i rest my case.
