Why hav long hair?

hmmm why do I have long hair. For one, long hair on people looks really incredible. I think guys should grow out their hair more often. Second, I do it to sway peoples judgements on others. It seems like the norm to laugh at people who choose a different lifestyle instead of conforming to stupid popular standards. It would be such an awesome world to live in if people didnt have any idea of what is deemed acceptable in society and just be themselves.
When your tripping, the sense of long hair blowing in the wind creates questions. omg I grew this beautiful thing on my head!! it feels great.

I cut my luscious hair to donate to Locks of Love. I hate it now. It's too short. only to my shoulders a little past. I had my hair just like Robert Plant's from Led Zepplin. Long blond and curly.
Oh do I miss my hair.

When I was very young, my father used to cut my hair, invariably a bad job and cut too short. Later, I got to go to the barber, but I hated that too and it was always too short.

When I was a teenager in the 60's, the Vietnam War was raging and the most important thing was whether you were for it or against it. If you were anti-war, a clear way to show it was to grow your hair long. I wasn't allowed to, but I started the moment I got to college. Stopped shaving, too. By the early 70's, if you were a guy with short hair, it was almost certain you were pro-war and completely unhip.

I know that for the last 15 years or so, it's been fashionable (I guess) to have short hair, but not for me. I don't give a shit about fashion. In fact, I know this sounds bad of me, but to this day, I have never been able to form a good relationship with any guy with short hair. It seems to me that even now, it's an indicator of un-hip-ness.

As long as you aren't dead, you aren't too old to learn something new, so maybe this will be your year to get used to the idea that a man can have short hair and still love peace and hate mindless conformity as much as you do. eace:

I myself have long hair because I think it looks much better long and I really don't like cutting it. Its down to a bit past my waist. My boyfriend has hair equally long as mine, actually a bit longer I think.. most of my friends have long hair, I don't even know why, I guess they all think it looks better on them?

 

long, wild hair is the way to go. I love having long hair because it's natural you don't need to brush it or cut it or style it. just let it go how it wants and its beautiful
