ideas to make a strap for a bag

i have shoe laces, ribbon, elastic, and some material that could be cut & sewn. the bag im making is black/grey denim

soo what would you crafty types suggest?

 

Use whatever is strongest. I hate weak purse straps...

You should make the strap out of a bicycle tire inner tube with a fabric cover.

dreads and bra straps arent long enough =]

 

use both dreads and bra straps, i once saw a fine art student from college make a pair of shoes out of bra's so it is do-able
