BEWARE - delsym is extended release dmx. i drank the whole 3oz bottle and was feeling it for a full 24 hours.
don't mess with polistirex until you've done hbr, doses are just too hard to figure. plus, if you hate dxm (like many people do, not including myself) you don't want to be stuck in a shitty 24 hour trip. but yes delsym is safe to take. just set it aside for later and take a whole 4 oz. of robitussin max strength cough for your first time. with ONLY DXM hbr as the active ingredient.
ive been pretty sick for the last week. yesterday i found out something new about delsym. it dosn't work at suppressing cough at recomended dosages! i was so disapointed lol. i coughed so hard my lung came out my mouth inside out.
