i think this is another big problem, its always us and them, black and white, well hey, we are all human, and at least deserve some respect, even if we dont agree with say, your whole life...

 

All of us with the same views need to get together and know each other we have the time and that is the only way. Alot of times I go to protests and things and ya wonder what the people are doing after we need to get together and really know each other than we will be strong. Smoke signals thread serious about freedom.

 

Yes....we all need to get together, and never quit, no matter what. Give me a few months and I will be out in the world organizing....

lol no, I really am stuck here until February or March, maybe mid January. I finish school in about a month then I need to get a job to start saving for when I move and college and all that.

For everyone worried about the next 4 years, I just want to tell them to relax. It may not be good, there may be things that you don't agree with, but it is in no way going to be as bad as everyone seems to think. The country is strong enough; it isn't going to let one man destroy it.

As for the draft, it won't be enacted. Everyone is so worried about that, but the fact remains that no one wants it to happen. Just think, what would an army be full of people who didn't want to be there. The world is a very different place, Americans are not as submissive to the government and the government knows this.

I am definately with all of the posters who said to educate yourself. It is understandable to worry about a president who is not trustworthy, but there is only so much damage he can do in his four years with the checks and balances. If we all educate ourselves, one day one of us will be president. We can be the ones who legalize marijuana and seperate church and state.

I don't mean to offend anyone who said they were scared, I am not trying to start a fight with anyone, I hope to at least calm down the thread a little.

And to the post that said the whole world is fucked cuz of it. No, the US is the most powerful country, but the Euro. Union, China, and all the other countries are far more powerful combined, so the US will not wreck the world.
As for the guy who said 20 000 yrs. of oil? Is that considering everyone in China driving a car? Cuz we cannot expect the rest of the world to look at our lifestyle forever and not want it too.
