I would not want to watch the caves episode while tripping though, those critters are just TOO creepy and trippy. However the caves episode is definitely still my favorite when I am high, when I am drunk it is probably the jungle.

The first time I saw the caves episode I was SOO ripped, back when weed still had some magic to it too. That episode blew my mind, and really solidified planet earth as my favorite thing to watch when fucked up lol.

haha that's awesome, the jungle one is what did it for me. The day we got our 40' HD tv it was on discovery HD, so i put it on and it looked sooo amazing, the colors were so rich and everything was detailed.

Too bad TV's lose their edge after a year or so, the picture just isn't what it used to be

 

Ahh all this talk about Planet Earth makes me wanna watch it. It is really incredible on a bigass HDTV. But it's only 1080i
