    i think its bacon and some type of bulk sausage. and i think its supposed to be a pig, but it sure looks more like an armadillo

    Crispy with eggs (ketchup optional) and wheat toast.

    A little chewy in a BLT, aside from what's in the name mayo and red onion is a must.
