I was just outside and I saw the craziest looking bug ever. I'm 95% sure it was a beetle. Its body was shaped like a double edged butter knife, and it was cut into the three sections as most beetles are usually. The longest section in the back had black and white spots all over it, primarily black. It kind of looked looked like someone splattered white paint over it. The middle section(the second largest section) had two black "eyes" with white circles surrounding them, probably as a defense mechanism. Its head was pretty small compared to the rest of its body, and it had semi long antennas. When my dad tried picking it up, it played dead. Does anyone know what the fuck kind of bug this was?
