lately i'm on an uncle ben's wild rice mix kick....

i like the herb roasted chicken variety :)

i haven't looked at the nutrition info, but i'm certain its sodium content is through the roof

    Some kinda vegetable lasagna.

Not convinced a black person can sell chinese food to white people...obviously it is working, though.

    Hotpockets and microwavable pizza.

I wouldn't survive at work without those snacks.

I'm suprised uncle Ben, being a black person, can sell chinese food, rice and stuff, to white people. Seems a tad odd. But it seems to be happening.

...uncle bens sells assorted rice products. none of them are chinese food. i think uncle ben is also a fictional character used for product promotion.

people eat rice all over the world....

Uncle Ben's Express Chinese Rice is a great accompaniment for Oriental dishes. http://www.unclebens.co.uk/UncleBens/en-GB/OurRice/Products/Express_Chinese_Rice.htm

I imagine Uncle Ben is a marketing tool.

    I was just kidding. :leaving:

I think they're at least neutral, if not healthy.

Unless you get like mad heartburn or some shit.

very low calorie, very high sodium. how healthy or damaging they are depends on your current health conditions and how much of them you eat (as with most any food)
