$286,500 its like average i guess. built in 1912, 5 bedrooms but theyre all small as shit, 1.5 baths. unfinished basement. eh.
holy shit houses are dirt cheap there...we're selling our old house which doesnt even have right angled walls and was built illegally by some insane old guy..it has a flat roof and looks like 6 caravans stuck together I loved that house though been tryign to talk my parents into not selling it and just handing it down to me...its in the countryside but only a 15 min walk to town. My dads grown out there most years too...and fuck it...it is my home, it always will be but they're selling it for site value because whoever buys it will just knock the existing house anyway. I dont want to see it destroyed though...it'll feel like my whole childhood is being taken away aswell..and its only now that iv grown up that I realise just how much that house means to me..this summer im going to live there with my dad again just to get a few more months out of it Edit: oh yeah, got a bit side tracked there...we're selling it for €250,000 but thats shit, the whole market is shit at the moment, I think they should at least take it off the market for a few years to see if the market will pick up a bit more. No point selling now when in 5 years time we might be able to get another 50,000 out of it..makes sense to me
....All I know is that my house is somewhere between 275000 and 250000. I remember a couple years back when my dad was talking about it lol.
no in a cute little wooden house with a front and back po'ch mayyybe a veranda rockin chairs and a rope swing and tomatoes to make my own salsa ahah
I don't own a house, but my parents could probably get $320,000 for their house. They've got a large enough lot, it's a 20 year old home in both renovated and up-kept condition. Except it's outside of the city, in a small village. $320,000 is an upper middle-class home in this region. A first buyer's home is about $150,000 here.
this isnt even accurate.. they dont disclose this information to random people, it's just a generalization actual realtors are given a private login to find history of their cities real estate, there is a house was ever listed on MLS, you can see what it was listed for, when it sold, and any other time it was sold for the exact price each time this is just speculation, not accurate whatsoever.
No sorry but the value your house and land are assessed at along with layouts of your house are in fact public records.
yes, but if you have a completely renovated home, with an above average yard layout, quality work done, the price could easilly fluctuate from 20k to over 100k
