I've been doing them for a few months now, and suddenly, I'm just aware that my penis is rock hard! I mean I'm sure at 22 you should be like this anyway, but it's gotta be harder than normal, this thing is a beast! I can keep it flexed for over a minute.
I didn't know what it actually was, so googled it. This is the first image that came up: Now, that doesn't look much fun. On further investigation...I appreciate what it about. I actually gave it a quick go; I looked and felt ridiculous. So I stand by my original statement, albeit slightly compromised.
Ok, I have to ask...be kind. kegels are pushed for women to tone vaginal muscles, esp postpartum. We are told to stop urinary flow as a way to describe the actual muscles involved. I have yet to meet a man (that I know) can stop the flow. how do you as males isolate that muscle area?
go to askmen.com, they have a good guide on how to do it. Really, you can't stop pissing once you start? Have you never been able to do that? Cause I've been able to since I was a kid.
Every few months I'll do a hundred or so and intend to do the same every day from then on, but I never do. It's a good idea to do them though, awareness of your PC muscle is a good thing, especially for sex. I've always been able to stop pissing mid flow. It's not unnatural considering there's a muscle there for that purpose.... A while ago I tried taking a piss, stopping halfway and then pulling up my pants and leaving the bathroom. The urge to pee you get when standing over/sitting on the toilet went and I just felt slightly more relieved than before. A pointless but interesting experiment
huh. I'd heard that only we women could stop and flee, so to speak. Good to know you could be more interesting when you write your name in the snow!
I've heard that too, but have no idea what it's based on, since IME I've always been able to... Perhaps women have a naturally stronger PC muscle, and thus a larger proportion can do it without having to exercise and strengthen it?
