don't have to many 'friends'

I'm very friendly and sociable, but I have few people I consider true friends. I guess you could say I'm a bit picky too, selective of the company in which I keep, got to feel a good vibe/connection. Sometimes I wish I wasn't that way, but hey, what can you do.

 

My dad told me that once when I was like 7. I never forgot it. I've always called them my "Starting Lineup". I have people I keep on the bench(acquaintances) and some folks in try outs. But I've never really had more than a couple of friends at a time and they're pretty spaced out when I do make new friends.

Man. I'm so glad I'm not the only person that feels that way.

I have....maybe 3 or 4 real life friends? Most of them I've known for close to 10 years now if not a little more.

I have a couple more friends on here. Though I wonder some days if it's a one sided affair. :hat: haha

 

You can be anybody anywhere, really.

I mean some stuff is limited. I could make an alias on here and be a black man, which would be much more difficult to pull off in person. Personality wise though, the door is always open to act out of ones normal character.

I can count the number of friends I have on just one hand. But I don't consider friends and acquaintances to be the same thing. I also prefer to be alone, so having friends is not really important to me. It's good to have one or two people that can somewhat relate to you, though.

 

I'm used to saying "in Australia" "in New Zealand" "in the world".
