my forgetfulness

has caused me to forget the name of a band that I loved loved LOVED a few years ago and now I'm realli in the mood to listen to them and want to make a video to one of their songs but aghhaggGGGHHA! I had their album but lost it when I moved house and I'm the only person I know who liked them... they are a scottish band with a male singer who a lot of the time kind of speaks over the music (kind of trance) all these gorgeous lyrics about his ex's and seeing them in the bar and walking home and her breath makes a fog in the sky. Oki,,,this is such a long shot lol. The album cover had a pretty lady looking into a mirror applying lipstick. It looked like she was backstage somewhere. Anyone,,,ANYONE? It's killing me. And yah, this is not dread related-exscuse moi!

i was to slow.

the red thread is another beautiful album by them imo. such a great band. i feel like listening now too.

 

they are incredible,his lyrics are so honest and beautiful it's as if your being swallowed by an ice cold wave

 

that's a nice way of putting it. i rarely meet people who are even aware of arab strap, so it's good to see people like them as much as i do. my dad got me into them. he's good like that for music.

 

I think I just stumbled across them and fell in love, I heard a horrid rumor that they broke up though, is it true?
