Is it even possible to trim without them looking all funny. I had it in my mind that when they got too long, I'd cut off some length and brush out the tips..... I hope I can do this because I don't think I'd ever want to cut them off totally....
hey. i looked at your timeline thread and i just wanted to say that your dread rock. but o too think it's just hair, you can always grow them back and if you have made that decision and you're happy with it, then good for you oh and have a nice trip
Your dreads have been such an inspiration to me! but congrats on moving into a new phase of your life!!
The bf and I just seriously contemplated giving the baby a mullet hair cut... just for pictures to black mail him when he grows up....lol... then we realize how mean that actually would be!
i dunno WP, I know you have those extensions that add a lot... maybe you can cut em to your shoulders and brush out the tips. If you are in a warmer area, they will dry so fast in the sun....
I am gonna cut 'm shorter first, that go on my holidays with short dreads and when I come back I'm gonna comb them out.
I just had enough dready time, and I always said: I don't want to trim them or something, if that happens I just comb them out. Just a new phase in my life, without dreadlocks, maybe they'll come back..
Cut, it'll be fun And I totally agree about doing the dread mullet, at least for a day or two:cheers2:
The weight thing is something that I think of too. I am happy for you and your new chapter. What do you think you will do with them after you cut/comb? I have some friends that had dreads for years and cut them and they are going to bury them under a plant. Have a blast in Turkey!!
