is this a good light system? (pic)

if someone was growing one plant outdoors and it was a sprout, would this lamp work for when the sun goes down or would it kill the plant?

Shouldn't need extra light out doors, sun should give it everything it needs:>)

Yeah it's free, right up the point the DEA knocks on yer door, then it gets expensive real fast:>D

 

it will work, but its really way to small. even a seedling wouldnt get enough light from that.

if you really want extra hours of light, you will need at least 100-200w of flourescent lighting (400-800w equiv)
