Yeah right. No number of planes is going to protect us from a dirty bomb, unless they intend to commit genocide on homeland to prevent the threat of a terrorist uprising, just like they did in Iraq WHICH I may add is going to have to be paid for my ME!

Oh ho ho ho I don't fucking think so, over my dead body.

I hereby sentence all of the politicians to 50 years hard labour.

No cheese, youre not paying for him to get stoned, youre paying for their war games, yachts, banks, holiday homes and invasions you didnt vote for. I dont think a bit of weed really comes into the equation when you see how much is being spent on the other shit. Slave away!:p

"create new jobs" always makes me laugh and wonder. If you take it out of the economic context, the idea of purposly creating a job that doesnt need doing for the sake of the job, or keeping a business alive simply to keep people working is ludicrous. If you put it back into context, sorry but it still seems stupid to me. The systems obviously not working is it? How long are we going to go on spending our lives producing bullshit just for the sake of doing it, so the whole thing doesnt collapse around us?

They also talk about job losses on the news like its been a massacre and lives have been lost, and its often mentioned way before the local murders or rapes...I just think thats insulting

He is also paying for expensive second homes for parasites who pass laws prohibiting me from growing my own weed for FREE and subsequently a possible jail sentence if I get caught doing it.

Yeah and keeping the car industry alive for the sake of peoples jobs is also of utmost importance, and anything else, such as targeted reductions in pollution for example, suddenly don't seem to matter anymore.

What's important is that economy stays afloat, because that will save us from any future environmental/agricultural cataclysms that may happen.

Im glad there are people actually giving this thought here and putting things into perspective. Whenever theyre lamenting the potential loss of jobs in the car industry on the news (which is every bloody day) I get so wound up, not a word mentioned about the environmental issue which is a damn sight bigger than a few people not having to go into work every day to help create it anymore. I just cant believe money and keeping the wheels of this thing turning come before everything, even the destruction of the planet and pollution of the atmosphere, the wellbeing of other more vulnerable people, or even the wellbeing of us and our families. People have really been sucked in and blinded, good and proper:mad:

All these poor people who have lost their jobs, and yes I do feel for them because they need those jobs. Instead of the government forking out tons of money on wars, why don't they pay these people who lost their jobs to do something for the environment, something organic and sustainable?

Like, for example, picking up all the litter that people leave lying all across the countryside that no-one seems to give a damn about, and is eventually going to get buried in the ground and take thousands of years to decompose into various cancer causing agents.

I'd do that for the minimum wage. I'd get to be outside, in stead of being stuck in an office breathing in ozone or in a dusty factory, which is 90% of the reason why I hate working.

I've done this sort of things for free actually, I once spent a couple of days gathering up litter that had been collecting on some supposed national trust piece of land for years. I filled 17 bin bags, collected a mountain of traffic cones and road signs, and that was only about 10% of it.

I did not ask for anything from the local council for that. I just wanted to do it because I thought it needed to be done.

you contradict yourself here.. on one hand you are saying that I am paying for the second homes for parasites because I work.. on the other hand you are saying that we need to keep industry alive and the economy afloat to avoid future environmental/agricultural cataclysms etc.. Well isn't that what I am doing?? I work in the motor industry so don't need reminding about the future of my job - it looks bleak at best.. And i cannot help it if in receiving a wage I am paying for parasites... thats not my choice and given the choice, I wouldn't fund any war/any parasites.. but I have no choice because I have to live... Don't have a go at me because I am trying to survive..

No-ones having a go at you beanie...and I think he was being sarcastic with keeping the economy afloat no matter what...
All we are saying is going around saying youre paying for the unemployed is a bit silly when you look at the bigger picture. Its a mere distraction from the massive theft thats REALLY going on. Youre being milked and youve got no say in it
People tend to talk about "paying" their taxes (having money taken from them for working) or having a job like it made them a great person and other people are leeches. This I really dont understand when you see where that money is mostly going-It funds murder, corruption, greed, and the destruction of the planet

I am trying to survive by refusing to work in the system. Toeing the line has never gotten me anywhere, in has only made me sick and depressed.

I want to sustain myself, but who is preventing me from doing so?
