blowing smoke on growing plants?

i'm growing for my first time and i've got my first seedling

i'm high as i write this and i just had the random idea of what would happen if i were to blow smoke on my seedling. i'm pretty sure it wouldn't be good for the plant, but has anyone ever tried it? or is it just a terrible idea?

 

well what your breathing out is pretty much pure carbon dioxide so i would say no

 

First of all, never smoke around your plants. Secondly, Carbon Dioxide is good for plants. They breath CO2 and exhale Oxygen. As a mater of fact I have heard that whenever you leave your grow room you should blast in a little co2

 

yea co2 is totally good for plants. that's why your supposed to talk to your plants to help them grow. it gives them co2.

but smoking around plants is a no? ok thanks.

 

I've always heard its not good, I think its more sort of superstition than anything. But I wouldn't do it. If the smoke your exhaling isn't cooled in a bong, it might be hot enough to damage the plant. I would just let them do their thing, they didn't evolve having some guy blow smoke all over them. Although I wouldn't go TOTALLY out of your way to keep smoke away from them, like if you have them growing in your basement, you could still smoke down there.

i smoke around my plants all the time.. especially if i dried a bud on the ballast..
oh I think my plants can take it.. you shouldnt smoke around babies..
