Firstly, you are going to have to stop rejecting girls if you intend to get laid. No way around that. If females make you that nervous then I suggest you change your goals, forget about pussy for the moment and focus and being friends with an attractive girl. I would get a hold of the chick you mentioned and just tell her you really wanted to say yes but you are cripplingly shy and no came out instead and that you would like to go out if she can deal with your shyness.
