Day 3 of the cold turkey!

Alright I'm trying to see how long I can go without taking any more opiates. Its been burning a hole in my wallet which is the main reason. This totally sucks.

Anyone else taking a break? Any tips?

 

I have to take monthly breaks, and not by choice. My advice, is smoke a lotta weed.

better luck next time man. just ask yourself if that money could be better spent on something else, and then every time you think about reupping, just think of that something else. hopefully you don't change your mind and decide opies are in fact better after all haha, thats the hard part

 

Mr. Writer always get my vote. I like how he thinks. I just have one thing to add to that that might help. When you do think about ops just spend your money right away on a savings account or gift for your daughter/wife. Then you will be poor but off the ops for a little while until you get control back a little.

codemeister - I've been taking roxi's and/or oc's. Been trying to cut back but anywhere from $40 - $100 a dose. It really depends.

Wow, I don't know how you guys can aford your habits. I'm glad I'm on scripts otherwise I would say fuck it. it not worth the money. there are easier ways to get fucked up. Like beer and booze..
Try some xanax, I take xanax and it really cuts down on my med use lately.

Nah I'm not really withdrawing that bad to be honest...or I wasn't. I've been taking opiates like atleast every other day and when I stop for a couple of days its more of a mental withdrawal than anything. Maybe some aches - but nothing too bad. Is that normal?

Well the thing is that its not just one number and one of my friends does opiates everyday. So its kind of hard to not be around them. And yeah I am afraid to delete the number....lol

 

or switch to poppy tea more fun
