Its supposed to be the most important meal of the day.. but I am stuck for ideas of what to eat most mornings.. too tired to register any interest... normally go with a poached egg on toast if I am feeling with it... What is your absolute favourite breakfast?
Hotel breakfasts. Sausage bacon eggs mushrooms tomatoes. And croissants, salami all that stuff. - wear a suit and sneak into the Four Seasons to steal one..
I usually skip brekkie and eat an early lunch. I don't know how people can wake up ans go straight for the cupboard. Usually I'll eat a banana or an apple or something like that and a glass of milk or orange juice
any meal can be the most important meal of the day my favorite would be eggs, ham, onions, garlic, cheese, with bacon on the side. lots of bacon. throw in a couple blueberry pancakes with vermont maple syrup. protein shake to wash it down and thats a favorite breakfast of mine
eggs an english muffin some coffee I also LOVE french toast! I only have that like twice a year though. a lot of mornings I'll eat cereal just for convenience. I feel like I answer this thread entirely too often.
I was doing good for about a week eating breakfast... I haven't had an appitite in acouple of days though.
Monday: Toasted New York bagel w/ Philadelphia brand cream cheese; and coffee Tuesday: French toast with sausages and 8 oz glass of milk Wednesday: Waffles with bacon and coffee Thursday: Bacon and eggs with toast and milk Friday: Donuts or crullers with milk Saturday: English muffins with orange juice and coffee Sunday: Pancakes w/ Vermont Maid syrup and ham Hotwater
Any breakfast is lovely if someone else makes it for me. If I could be bothered, I'd have scrambled egg with smoked salmon on a toasted brioche every morning because that's just lush, however I usually just have a bowl of cereal or some yoghurt, and a cup of tea.
I needs my breakfast. Without it, my stomach starts growling, and then roaring, within an hour or two. My favorite breakfast is toasted english muffins with fried eggs, bacon, avocado, and cheese, ideally along with incredibly delicious orange and mango fruit drink. However, I just eat oatmeal every morning; quick, easy, and cheap.
Wake, grind beans, press start on coffee maker. Usually, I go for a couple scrambled eggs with veggies thrown in, or some oatmeal with almond butter. When I have time, some protein pancakes with berries.
