Okay I recently made it public knowledge that I am bisexual and I met my friend B a few weeks ago. I was automatically attracted to her, but was afraid to actually approach her about something at a different level than friends. As unorthaodox as it probably is, I asked her through an e-mail if she was interested in girls. She told me that she has been attracted to women in the past, but she had never acted on it and considered herself straight. However she told me she was very open minded, but with anyone it takes her a while to be ginuinely attracted to someone. With that we made plans to hang out a few times this past week and she came to my birthday bash and bought me a drink. Because she had to work the next morning and leave early we decided to have a slumber party soon but have also been in the works of planning a trip to a theme park. I told her we could kill a bird with two stones and just have the slumber party then, because she is busy, and she responded with "Or we could do both". Also, we have been texting non stop. Like til way late. She and I are both on a website that's for our city and it's basically a myspace facebook but we all actually hang out. There's a hot list feature. I added her to my hotlist and she sent me a message with a big smiley face and added me to hers. I texted her and told her that she didn't have to add me back and she responded with "I know". Tonight, she and I will be attending a local show and she is staying here at my apartment because after we will be renting movies. She has also asked me to help with her band and to meet some of the members. I;m just wondering how I am to know if she is interested in more than just friendship. Ive never really recieved any negative responses or anything, but how will I know for sure?
Just ask her if she's interested in more than just friendship. Sometimes the direct approach is the best.
on the flip-side (pun intended) suppose a closet bi-sexual male wanted to be able to recognize another closet bi-sexual male? how would that work?
