i think its interesting how lots of americans like bush, but the whole world wants him out.

either americans see more of the good side to bush
or the world sees more of the bad side...

Well i certainly hope that Bush doesn't win but as of now it isn't going very well for Kerry. It kind of sucks....actually it really sucks but hell, what could we even expect to change with these two candidates. The people who were ABB (Anybody But Bush) must have been all talk and no vote or something. Apparently buying into the Vote or Die and Twenty Million Loud was only a fad and it died when we needed it most....I saw some stat that showed that the percentage of young Americans age: 18-30 voting in this election didn't even increase at all from the 2000 election. I believe you have no right to complain about this presidency if you had the right to vote but didn't. If anybody else but Kerry ran against Bush then this could have been a landslide....Howard Dean.....it looks like we will continue to head in the wrong direction for another four years if Bush actually does win. :$ By the way....I voted Kerry :p

nar man im not stoned, but its a pretty influential issue over here in australia, caus if bush wins (so, when he wins) then.. australia will be lead by bush caus weve recently had our asshead conservative leader voted back in for a third term.

in america i think on of the problems is that conservative people are more likely to vote than liberal..
in australia its illegal to not vote..

so for americans, its bad for liberals caus lots are too stoned and lazy to go vote :p

and for australians, its bad caus all the people who dont have an oppinion, often vote for whoever was in power before, and in our case, a wanker john howard, who sucks bush's dick often

posting something intelligent has fuck all to do with being high or sober... I just finished the electric koolaid acid test by tom wolfe (it's about ken kesey, if you don't konw him you should) and there's this part where he tells a group of pacifists to shut the fuck up and stop their whole parade thing... because it's THEIR game... 'just turn your back and say fuck it'

I really feel like that... just fuck it... let's just accept half (and a bit) of america doesn't want peace or freedom... the best thing we can do is be peaceful and free ourselves.

Naturaly americans will want what's good for us, whereas everyone else wants whats good for themselves.... Though I highly doubt bush is good for us... Kerry probably wouldn't be though either... I think the rest of the world mostly prefers kerry because he doesn't seem so unstable as bush...

Yes, he won...and that is too bad. Too bad for the environment, too bad for the GIs who will die for god knows what, too bad for people who used to make a middle class living building things in factorys and too bad for anyone who yearns for some sanity and reason in daily American life...BTW, how did the Alaska referendum make out???

The sad thing is, as people have been saying, is that Kerry wasn't even that great. We keep getting stuck with these shitty fucking candidates. Why do we have to choose between two evils? I think that was the problem in this election. Besides the true Kerry fans, most people who supported Kerry just wanted Bush out of office, he being "the lesser of two evils." Kerry was not someone to get excited about, really. I liked some of what he supported (his health care ideas, environmentalism, foreign policy ideas), but mainly wanted Bush gone. We could have done better than Kerry, and now we're fucked for 4 more years.

Besides getting a truly informed public, and some major protesting and lobbying for our ideals by our own selves, we need to start demanding the Democratic Party start giving us some respectable candidates that are worth our vote.

We were stuck with Kerry because thats who the media singled out in the durning the primaries. It can be contested that Howard Dean could have been a better choice because he had a clear message of bringing a peacefull route to take rather then the current. Edwards himself could have had a more likeable character then Kerry so that could play out into a selection. Gen. Wesley Clark could have been a good VP for Edwards because he would bring a great military knowledge to the table as well. I dunno.....It just kinda sucks about the poor liberal turnout. BTW I just got the new APC CD and its pretty good...I am high though :D

in my opinion im glad bush won. NOT because hes a good president but becuase if kerry was elected he would be left to level out this shit that bush has done and then ppl would begin to blaim him forgetting where it all started with bush so now that hes reinstated ppl will realise what shit effort he has done for you all like hum i dunno 2. Cut federal spending on libraries by $39 million.

    1. Cut $35 million in funding for doctors to get advanced pediatric training.

    2. Cut by 50% funding for research into renewable energy sources.

    3. Revoked rules that reduced the acceptable levels of arsenic in drinking water.

    4. Cut funding by 28% for research into cleaner, more efficient cars and trucks.

    5. Abandoned a campaign pledge to invest $100 million for rain forest conservation.

    6. Suspended rules that would require hardrock miners to clean up sites on Western public lands.

    7. Cut $60 million from a Boy's and Girl's Clubs of America program for public housing.

    8. Proposed to eliminate a federal program, designed and successfully used in Seattle, to help communities prepare for natural disasters.

    9. Pulled out of the 1997 Kyoto Treaty global warming agreement.

    10. Cut $200 million of work force training for dislocated workers

    11. Eliminated funding for the Wetlands Reserve Program, which encourages farmers to maintain wetlands habitat on their property.

    12. Cut program to provide childcare to low-income families as they move from welfare to work.

    13. Cut a program that provided prescription contraceptive coverage to federal employees (though it still pays for Viagra).

    14. Cut $700 million in capital funds for repairs in public housing.

    15. Rescinded the rule that mandated increased energy-saving efficiency regulations for central air conditioners and heat pumps.

    16. Repealed workplace ergonomic rules designed to improve worker health and safety.

    17. Abandoned campaign pledge to regulate carbon dioxide, the waste gas that contributes to global warming.

but dont listen to me lol listen to the facts and the monkey himself im glad because kerry would end up fixing these problems

I think bush is just a faggot in a non-homosexual way. He needs a good ass-woopin, thats what he needs. I dont know much about either of the candidates (bush, kerry), but all I know is that bush=bad kerry=good, thats all I need to know until im old enough to vote then I can start spending my time having advanced conversations about a bunch of political assholes. IMO, you could put me in office, and I could run this country better than bush.
