so i finally got my hands on some ACV, for the rinse, do i just pour it on my head and massage it in or what?

 

i would dilute it
when I used it it left my hair feeling really conditioned

 

alright dilute it with water, what ratio would you say?

 

I use about a 50/50 ratio and have never really rubbed it in. I just poor it on my hair and let it sit on a for a couple minutes and then rinse while in the shower. Perhaps I'll learn of a better technique via this thread.
