so i just moved to this stupid state (Idaho) and I have to go to Boise State in the fall (i have to stay in state and its the only school with my major)... i visited briefly in January but thats a 2 hour tour, so it can be hard to get a true vibe...

Hey, what part of Idaho do you live in? I have lived in Idaho Falls my whole life (south east part of the state). I have visited Boise many times as well as Moscow where the University of Idaho is. Moscow is easily the most laid back town in Idaho, but overall Boise is not too bad. It's a large city with a college so don't be too worried, I'm sure you will find a place where you can fit in. Have fun :cheers2:

just live in the northend if possible, and shop at the co-op. it will help offset the idaho funk to some extent.
