I don't think there's anything strange about that group. They're are just vowing not to reproduce. Lots of people don't have kids. There's no real impact.
at the rate people have been shitting out kids, i doubt anyone is becoming sterile unless nature intended it to be so. but i do agree that we are all doing a pretty good job at damaging out own reproductive systems, its damn near impossible not to these days what with all the toxic crap put into our food and air and water. not to mention that half the country is heavily medicated for various bullshit reasons.. that cant be helping anyone. welcome to the 21st century.

Don't worry, we're not planning to kill all of you, just 80% of you. Only a handful of you will remain when The Elite's plan is carried out.
Just saw the movie, Joe Dante: The Screwfly Solution. It explores just such a scenario of "exterminating" mankind. Also check out this news bulletin: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/a...timebomb-Are-men-facing-rapid-extinction.html
First of all...the group veheemet or whatever is just ridiculous. What a bunch of cowardly noobs. Lets all stop reproducing so the fuckers who will definitly destroy the planet can take over. All you thinking humans out there lets stop breeding so that the mindless masses may overrun the Earth and bring about its destruction, which is the exact reason veheemet proposes we stop reproducing. Ridiculous. That is just about the worst movement I can think of..whatever, to each his own I guess. There is a theory about about the elites drastically reducing the population. It sounds outlandish, I know. Give it some thought, though. It is at least possible. And I would not put it past mankind to follow through with this shite. In China they are chemically altering weather by injecting clouds. WTF?! The world and mankind are on a brink right now...we can all feel it....I don't know how it's gonna play out but the good need to be strong. The thinkers need be strong. Mankind has made it through very many dark periods and through them all the good, the brave, the thinkers have somehow brought us back on course.
we ----will die out by ourselves---we seem hell bent on it----the earth is billions of years old--and heals itself after every disaster----whatever killed the dinosaurs could happen again and the earth will repair itself----maybe be different but will survive--take the looong view and no matter what we do the earth will survive---live long and prosper--peace
The Earth does has one final curtain call with disaster as the sun begins to turn into a red giant and the heat becomes so intense all water on earth evaporates
I certainly don't believe in having mankind go extinct but we definitely need to reduce our population and maintain our numbers, so I do believe that sterilization should be free and easily accessible everywhere. If world population continues growing we will end up doing irreparable harm to the environment and then nature will start killing us off until we reach suitable numbers. Sadly, I'm afraid that's what's going to happen because we seem incapable of voluntarily limiting our population.
Yeah, it goes by many names, Christianity, Islam... j/k. I disagree strongly on the "I don't think that would be that bad." Sure, there's probably no external entity that would care of even know if we vanish. But so what, why do we care whether or not humanity has an audience. I'm pretty sure we don't, our galaxy isn't exactly teeming with radio waves, so we really are probably alone, for all practical purposes. But we are great- we are special, in that we have some understanding of the laws of nature and can deliberately and successfully affect our own circumstances. Look across the expanse of space- a most rare and special phenomenon we are. The "Drake Equation" is sometimes employed- almost without exception using unrealistically optimistic inputs- to show that intelligent life is probably pretty common. But toy with the numbers, adjust them to something sane, and you find that... there is very little chance that there is any other intelligent life anywhere close enough to us in space and time that we have any chance of learning of them. Sure, life is probably common all over the galaxy, anywhere liquid water exists there are hydrogen bonds, and life seems to follow wherever that occurs. You're special. The capabilities of your personal brain alone make it one of the greatest and rarest and most spectacular assemblages of molecules in the entire galaxy, and perhaps even in the entire universe. As one researcher said to me, "we really might be a unique and one of a kind phenomenon in the entire universe." A supernova or a neutron star may be interesting, but they're probably common as dirt compared with intelligent life. Another reason YOU are special: think of the Darwin Awards. Your parents were clever enough to survive to an old enough age to reproduce. Grandparants the same. No big deal, but think about it: that chain of uninterrupted survival goes all the way back to the origin of life. Not ONE of your ancestors, going back literally several billion years, was a "Darwin Award" winner, even back to your microscopic great^? grandparents living in goop. We're all special, we're all winners in the most unlikely survival scenario imaginable. Here we are. All winners. Now what? I think self-destruction can be ruled out as the most ridiculous possible idea. Suggested: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rare_Earth_hypothesis
