Dear Friends, I have just read and signed the online petition: "Protect Tara" http://www.PetitionOnline.com/Temair/ I personally agree with what this petition says, and I think you might agree, too. If you can spare a moment, please take a look, and consider signing yourself. Say no to defacing such a sacred site. Go raibh maith agat a dhearthair heron, i signed the petition, and many like it here in dublin whenever they set up a stall and are looking for signatures. If they try to destroy something so wonderful as Tara to build a road, i have a feeling that (seen as you reap what you sow in this life) karma will come and kick them right up the arse. siochain is gra
I seem to remember that the road is currently under construction and is about 1/2 a mile away from the hilltop. No way is the road way going "through" Tara.
Piney is a fool. The hill is large and gentle. the road is on the hill of tara. over 40 incredible sites from the same time as the one at the top were discovered, destroyed and covered up in the name of that road. Even now they have permission for the first petrol garages on the hill of tara despite the minister for the environments assurances that no further development would take place. Do some independant research. Go to the fucking place. Don't just regergitate the pre-fabricated government mind control lines that you either got from the roads authorities leaflet or the mainstream media. Big surprise-they're lying
Just for the record, direct snail-mail letters to officials in charge do more then signatures on any petition or email ever could. I've learned this from all my years of activism.
