so stereotypically speaking,if the four people even remotely associate themselves with hippies,and the original 2 did not,i would say 4 days,3 hours and 22 minutes..

Well thats just a dumb question, we all know that four people couldn't possibly work together long enough to dig half a whole.

 

Who said anything about working together? If 2 people dig 1 hole in one day, that means that 1 person dig half a hole in 1 day. Therfore 4 persons dig half a hole in 1 day, so the answer must be 1 day. Right? RIGHT?!!
