My freinds are talking to me about this over the phone right now lol Wish i had cable/sattelite O well il dl it at some point
Oh yeah I saw it when it first came out. Its not really scary to me, I find it a relief... Its nice to know that the Earth might regroup after our mess.
Oh man I loved that show, to think all but the greatest of our wonders would be forgotten to time within a few hundred years. I love how when they go into Chernobyl they make they show the fact that after the initial die off, wild life is blooming there
It's really interesting to see how after humans are gone the earth will take backl what's hers. However, they just remove all humans from the planet and do the show, in reality we'd probably all kill each other or destroy the planet because homo sapiens are cracy as fuck.
It's really hard to imagine any situation that would fully kill off humans at this point in our existence minus a really, really, really god damn big asteroid
that shows pretty crazy. i like it, it's pretty interesting. what about that show about what happened to Chyrnoble (lol, i fail), after everyone left, thats pretty cool too.
Chernobyl is fascinating because it actually happened, this area of civilization frozen at that moment in time and now decaying
did you guys watch it when they discussed what would happen when the nuclear plants are unable to keep the nuclear cells from heating up that part was the scariest by far
I think if the earth is still around billions of years from now there's just going to be some other dominant species, just like the dinosaur's before us. Billions of years from now there's going to be some other species that are either extreme future decedents of humans or something completely different that are going to find all our relics & probably just think of us like we thought of the cavemen--very simple & basic society & civilizations. Once humans are gone the earth is gunna shake itself off & start over again. So many people are so smug to think that humans are the best & only species that has ever walked this earth & think once we're gone that the earth is just going to die off. I think that's the furthest thing to the truth.
If people are still around in 2 billion years I doubt we'll be much like the humans we know of now. And if we do never die out we can't stay on the Earth forever, in about 3 billion years the sun is going to start it's dying phase, in about 4 the Earth will be uninhabitable by human standards
I think about this all the time. It's so mind blowing to think that someday people are going to dig up our artifacts and think "wow these people lived so and so many years ago" haha it's just fascinating!
