lye question

in order to make dmt i know you need lye however i can only get it in liquid form. is that ok? i know i can buy it off the internet but its so much easier to walk down the street

Why? They're just about equal in this reaction but NaOH is easier to find.

They sell this stuff at lowe's. It's 100% lye.

my problem is the drain cleaner sold at lowes does not carry that specific brand thats 100 percent lye but anyway the site above is prob cheaper
