Ok, some background information first... Last June or July (I cant remember) I was sentenced to 2 years unsupervised probation, and ordered to do community service. The charge was attempted assault (I got in a fight with my brother) and it was completely unrelated to drugs. My first question has to do with drug testing. I haven't been getting tested or even having to talk to anyone, but I was wondering if they might test me at the one year mark. I smoke frequently enough that I'd have to give up smoking for a while, to be clean in june. My second question has to do with my community service. The official court paper said just to do the 20 hours (or whatever), and not a time frame. I remember when I was on supervised before, the paper said something like within 2 months. I was just wondering if a bunch of pigs would show up at my house if I don't give them the community service info on time.
I haven't been tested for drugs on my theft probation, and its supervised. I think unsupervised is without p.o. but if you get arrested your boned. But I'm not sure.
