and im high as shit, so consider that before you flame me. i was just thinking..

what if on 2012 because everyone expects the world to end and just goes crazy, like burning cars and blowing shit up, killing people, everything's just chaos..

 

doubtful that would ever happen, i think theres more non believers than there are believers....

 

i can just see lots of people saying "fuck it" and doing whatever they wanted if they thought the world was ending

 

2012 is just another Y2K, some individuals will spend loads of cash to store up on food, water and other crap just to wake up the next morning and be like damn I fell for it again :banghead: .

 

It's where the Mayan Calendar Shifts to the Awakening cycle.. It goes in 12000 year cycles something like that... I think consiousness is beginning to shift though.. Its part of the Hopi prophecy too..

The world can't end... Humans may become extinct, but the earth will still prosper.. and hell I'm only here for maybe 80-90 years so thats alright with me

 

will the world come to an end? you bet it will... someday! but, most likely not in 2012.

 

the Mayans did not predict the end of the world. that is misinformation. they predicted a change into a new age, it is the end of a cycle. the ascension of the Earth into the 4th density.

2012 has never ceased to intrigue me. i think somehow our society and the world will become simpler... and in turn become more enlightened, peace loving people. and itd be great if obama went out with legalizing marijuana, if he doesnt already plan to making giant steps toward it the next four years. but, more to the spiritual, beyond the pot... the age of aquarius is upon us

burnt, Y2K was a weak based, new age thought, the 2012 has alot of evedence, from a recent mathmatical buncha stuff that proves it somehow, to the aztecs and the chinese, and many profits and such that have foretold the events.

i beleive it will be the fall of the material world or something like that.

 

the thing is that the 2012 prophecy is based on the mayan calender. the could only go so far ahead and really it depicts the end of the world as they knew it. well they were wrong about themselves. the mayans died out long, long, long before. so can one honestly believe their calender? i for one do not.

 

the big trick is, people think it starts 2012, the beginning of the end, but really, it starts september 2010

I believe that it will not be the "end of the world" type of thing.
