so much is riding on this election for us in the united states? i am wondering what you in other countries think. are you curious? is it all over your news too? we like to think we are important and i was just wondering exactly how much of your news time it is taking?
This Japanese friend of mine (who lives in Japan) said that everyone there is really interested in the election.
lol...mike i am not one of those americans. as a matter of fact i feel so much shame in it but well you know our puffed up gov't...we are the worlds police after all....whatevah
Where I work is full of news people and most of the people from the sheriff place, but I still don't care
does that mean you dont think you are important marie? cuz i disagree with that, as im sure many people here do as well
me or the united states? if me.......well thank you very much. but that was a twist on me words, but if it was a twist in order to compliment me, twist away bro if the us govt...well then ok.*shrugs shoulders*
Here its all over the news channels, anyway, i guess that the situation on Argentina wont change whoever wins there. So, i hope Kerry wins, just cause i think ill be better for you americans.
oh ya..theres this big hype about it up here. someone wrote KERRY in big words with chalk on the side walk yesterday downtown... theres been polls in the paper about who we would vote for (kerry won by a landslide) even at my university, theres a planned viewing of it at some pub tonight..... the world is really watching... and ive got family in greece who are even paying attention to it all.
my partner is staying up and watching the elections all night, its every where. he has two tv's at the moment as I gave him back the small one I was borrowing off him, at one point he had both of them on (sad bastard!!) I hope Bush doesn't win, he's too fundamental, religion (of any kind) and politics don't mix. if he wins its bad news for the world, and if he wins I have to question whether people ever learn. S
