I'm not a vegetarian or anything, but am I ever a veggie junkie. I was lying in bed last night, high, and I thought to myself, could you use a vegetarian's feces as manure for farming/gardening and does it smell like typical manure?

No, you can't. I've heard stories about human crap being used and it doesn't turn out well. Apparently, humans can't digest certain seeds and stuff properly, which leads to random stuff growing out of the ground.

    Yo dude, check out "humanure".
When composted properly, the heat will kill the seeds and pathogens.
Many might dislike the concept of composting their own poo, but it's the correct way to return it to the environment. (and get fertilizer too!)

i'm not sure if i'd be comfortable eating something i made with my own crap... i know that sounds weird, since we use cow poop for fertilizer... it really makes no sense, but still, that gives me shivers lol

then again, where does your cow manure come from? most likely from a factory farm, or some equally evil place, so i guess this would be an ethical solution to completely cutting yourself off of factory farms...

IMO, eating a tomato i grew in my own shit, all i'd be thinking about was my shit all up in that tomato.

and no, it doesn't smell the same. check out the "why are you a vegetarian" page, where i confessed my happy thoughts on poop lol
