id skip the meds until after the trip, just in case. mixing psychoactives is generally a risky game of roulette where you could either potentiate/negate effects, cause damage to yourself, or be perfectly normal.
should be fine man, i take antipsychotics for their sedative effects and also to combat very mild hppd and iv never had any problems. I also use them to calm down a trip on the odd occasion iv done too much acid or shrooms or something similar. I suppose it all depends on how strong the antipsychotics are and how often you have to take them. because if you have to take them more than one time a day then they may cut off your lsa trip. but yeah, mine work to calm a trip down and dont give me any negative effects.
