I've only just woke up and the sun is shinning!! Its so nice outside today,kinda annoyed I got up late. Ive put my pet rat outside on the patio in a bit of shade and her little nose is twitching.Im going to play out as much as I can today as most days I get attatched to this thing.Also Im back to work 'properly' tomorrow Who's got good weather?
We have a bit of sun...but we dont have a pet rat so Lots of mice though! Not sure what well get up to today really...hmm...
yes well ratty had a little sunbathe yesterday and she liked it I think? I dont speak rat language so I could'nt ask her We also had about 5 cats lying in the sun in the garden too which was sweet as I love cats. Its nice here today but I just finished work so Im just chilling inside cant be arsed to go out,never mind summer is on its way so plenty of time

(huge mouse orgy lol) I know they breed pretty quick We used to have 2 rats but they had a fight last year and one got bit on her back and damaged her spinal cord and died. They used to play fight but for some reason this fight got nasty.I know now that females should not be kept together but the pet shop assured us that they would be ok....grrrrrrrrr The one left is called doris and shes white,getting old and raggedy now bless her.
Bless! Sorry to hear about what happened with your other girl Id been told females were good together too like mice Yep, were crazy mouse people here. Im not sure exactly how many we have in at the moment, I think its around the 20 mark. Nah, theyre not a lot from an accidental orgy! hehe, wed have hundreds if it was! No we began with 6 sister mice, and loved them so much we set up our mousery. Now we take rescues and breed broken (spotty) mice and satin coated ones too, but only for us and our friends really. And yeah they all have names! (and ridiculous nicknames) I think my only reservation with rats would be biting. I know theyre generally really gentle...but if a rat DID get pissed off and nipped itd bleed, and Im a total wimp Still theyre so cute, Im awfully tempted!
Another sunny day here in Brighton. So much for all my plans to use my time off constructively. It's my personal tragedy to have the brain of a professor and the soul of a beach bum ...
@ fingermouse Rats are lovely when they are tame, but sometimes we've been bitten by them on accident.They have really poor eye sight and if your fingers smell foody they bite(not all,but ours did). Sounds like you have your hands full with all your little mousey friends,its really sweet that you taken in rescues!!! Im not allowed anymore pets after this,my boyf has banned me as I keep taking in the unwanted ones too and soon the house will be chocca. Back to the topic....kinda sunny with a few clouds and light winds(dam id make a good weather girl)
