Definitely. Mammalian infants are extremely delicate things, I would take it to the vet regardless. If money is an issue I can understand a little jurisprudence, but don't wait until it's too late.
I really, really want to get her to the vet, but yes, money is an issue at the moment. I'm not really sure how much vet bills are, but i'm willing to bet that they are expensive. I have a paycheck coming soon, though, and i'm hoping my mom may help me out and I'll pay her back.
I'm sorry to here that, but she was lucky to have been found by you and taken care of.At least she passed somewhat happy and loved.
I am so sorry to hear that. But please remember you gave her some happiness and love when she really needed it-and she gave some to you-during her short time.
Me neither. I was shocked to wake up this morning and find her limp and not really moving i had hope for her!
Sucks that she died, but as stated, at least you gave it a home. I assume you didn't get a chance to go with it to the vet, did you?
Oh, no. its okay, she is at her happiest now. She was loved, and thats all anyone needs in life. still,
That's so sad she died, at least you gave her love and a nice place to live for the last part of her life. However, if you had taken her 2 the vet they might have told you to put her down anyway if she was that bad off. I had a friend who found a stray kitten & it was in such bad shape she took it to the vet & said they had to put it to sleep b/c it was the best thing for the kitten b/c it was so sick. I got a 3 Mo. old kitten in the winter of 07 from the humane society & have raised her since & I have never had such love for anything in my life. She actually plays fetch & will come inside when you call her name (but has never ever meowed-just random noises). It's amazing what a pet can do for you and how much love you can feel for an animal.
Yeah I grew up with my cat we've always been really close. Its weird knowing a pet your whole life, you become to understand them like you would a family member. When I wasnt there shed go around the house meowing and looking for me and we used to go for walks through feilds and forests...haha it was cool because she would let me follow her and wait for me or meow if she was falling behind better than any of my friends back then actually. Moved out of my old house last year though so I dont see her half as much and dont go on adventures anymore . Im sorry about the kitten too. You did a lot more for her than most people would and she looked happy in the pictures. A far better way to go than dying in the street
Awww. I wonder what was wrong with her. It is nice what you did though. You tried. Are you gonna bury her or what?
Thanks guys, all that cheers me up. i spend the good first half of the day crying haha! but i don't really have a decent yard area where i could bury her, so i asked my guy to come down and put her in a garbage bag and we just layed her in the dumpster. it wasn't my ideal burial, i wish i could of buried her, but i guess i had no choice and my guy is a fuckin jerk, he put the kitten in the garbage bag then swung the bag and hit me with it. i was SO mad, it was disturbing... being hit with a dead cat and all
i know! he saw me crying before he did it, and must of though it would make me laugh or something but i just cried more and started screaming at him haha. what a douche.
