sea shepard were a breakaway group from greenpeace by one of greenpeace founders , who wanted to do more direct action , they have a different approach to stopping whaling they have ships painted black who sail under the jolly rodger and they ram whaling ships I think they have sunk 9 ships so far.
you could call them eco-terrorists personally I think a eco terrorist is someone who wipes out lots of species or pollutes or covers Iraq with tons of radiation deforming babys ,but pah its a matter of opinion .
