My friend and I have been unable to find employment where we are currently located, and don't have enough money to pay rent. We have to leave by the end of January. I've been looking at ic.org for communes to join, but haven't found many that we want to join, I am interested mostly in Fare Share Farm. What we would really like is to find someone who owns a house and would let us live with them in exchange for household/outdoor work, basically our time in any way that you can use it. We are an 18 year old female and a 19 year old male trained in phlebotomy but unable to find work where we currently live in Massachusetts. We are interested in particularly music(mostly free improvisation and psychedelic) and personal pursuits in ontology and all around knowledge. i know that it will be hard to find someone, but i know that it isnt impossible. we basically just need a place to put all of our stuff. we dont need to turn on our computers and dont need to eat your food. i'm sure we could find a way to eat. we shouldnt cost anything to live with another person, and i'll always cook and clean.

I have a similar situation I own a city house in Lancaster, pa and right now dont have the time to fool with it much and am partly disabled due to a work related accident so I could use someone to live there in exchange for help in restoring it and making it look nice again It is livable but needs some TLC Im trained in electrical and mechanical but painting and such are not my forte I have wifi and the area is nice Close to parks and F&M college and so forth Nice neighbors except for one cranky old lady but she is easily ignored any interest let me know All I ask is the person or persons be honest and buy their own grub and don't use needle drugs or drink heavily
